Order status & tracking

When your order ships you'll automatically receive an email from orders@slimer.store with your tracking number and a link to your order summary. Nothing arrived after 3 weeks? Email us and we'll chase it down.

Returns & refunds

Our full policy is at Shipping & Returns — 30-day returns, refunds to your original payment method. Start any return by emailing us first so we can send instructions.

Product safety reports

If you believe any product we sell is unsafe or has been recalled, email us with "SAFETY" in the subject. We investigate every report, and confirmed issues go straight to our public Squishy Jail with the product locked from sale.
