About Slimer

Slimer is a small, independent online toy shop based in Los Angeles, California, run by a real human who takes squishing very seriously. This page explains exactly who we are, how the store works, and how to reach us — no mystery, no fine print.

Who we are

Slimer (slimer.store) is a US-based shop selling the squishies, slime, plush, and sensory toys that keep going viral — mochi animals, slow-rise food squishies, cloud slime, jumbo plush, stress balls and fidgets. We're not a marketplace and we're not a big-box retailer: one small team curates every product, writes every description, and answers every email.

We also host a free science-of-slime curriculum for educators, because half the fun of goo is the chemistry.

How the store works

We believe in being upfront about our business model:

• We curate, our fulfillment partners ship. Products are stocked and dispatched from our manufacturing and fulfillment partners' warehouses (most in Asia, some regional). That's how we offer thousands of toys with free worldwide shipping at low prices — the trade-off is longer delivery than a domestic warehouse.
• Prices are what they say. The price on the product page is the price at checkout. Shipping is always included — there are no surprise fees added later.
• Every product page is real. Photos, sizes, and materials come from the actual supplier listing, and we correct anything we find to be inaccurate.

Shipping & delivery

Orders are handed to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 1–3 weeks depending on your country. Every order gets a tracking number emailed to you when it ships. Full details, including returns, are in our Shipping & Returns policy.

Safety promise

Toy safety is the one thing we're completely humorless about. If a product we sell is ever recalled or credibly flagged as unsafe, it goes straight into our public Squishy Jail — instantly unbuyable, publicly listed on the store with the reason and a link to the recall notice. No quiet delistings, ever. Products aren't suitable for children under 3 unless stated otherwise; small parts can be a choking hazard.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method — see the refund policy.
